Attend location of breakdown, assess and clarify the problem, rectify and repair the cause of the problem if possible. If the breakdown is terminal or requires extensive repair the owners will be offered the opportunity to be towed to the nearest recommended marina or one of their choice within a two hour cruising time. They will be provided with details of the problem and assistance provided where possible.
If the repair of an outboard motor is not possible, the loan of one of RCR’s outboard motors will be offered for a period of two days.
