River Canal Rescue team pride themselves on supporting boaters when a breakdown occurs and focus on getting you moving. But what happens if they can’t of if they get you up and running or find issues that need sorting. 

We always advise cusotmer to head to a local yard to have advised repairs done but sometimes its simply no possible, or as the case can be you simply prefer to use your trusted partner…us. 

RCR Plus is a pay on use service; when the engineer provides you with advised repairs or there are other issues that cant be sorted on a callout the job will be passed to RCR plus for a no obligation estimate. 

Your job will be reviewed to make sure we can take on the work, and you will usually receive a call to discuss repairs. If we cant take the work on we will try to assist you in finding a contractor and putting you in touch with one another. 

If we can take the work on then an estimate will be sent and if you want to go ahead its a quick click to accept so we can progress the job. 

You will be kept updated on progress of parts ordering and delivery and as soon as possible we will allocate and engineer to return and start work to get you on your way.
